Please read over the following information before downloading the TCF application.

I. Instructions:

Be sure and read carefully and fill all lines that apply to you.
Answer honestly and do proper research to ensure accurate information as it relates to household monetary questions, GPA questions, and any other quantitative questions that require numerical answers.
Check all preliminary qualifications for the scholarship candidate selection criteria. These qualifications can be found in the next section. The Thomas Clark Foundation will only review scholarship applications for qualified candidates (i.e. students who have suffered the loss of a parent would be one parameter).
When the form is complete and accurate, you can submit the application as follows: Mail to:

MAKE SURE that both the scholarship candidate and a parent/guardian signs the application as well. Otherwise, the form will be mailed back to you to complete.

II. Preliminary Scholarship Selection Qualifications & Parameters:

The scholarship applicant must have suffered the loss of a parent at some point in his/her life.
The scholarship applicant must have full intentions of applying for a higher education, with full-time student status, upon the completion of graduating from high school.
The scholarship applicant must have achieved a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA during his/her high school studies.
The scholarship applicant must not have any criminal record, including misdemeanor charges, felony charges, or any other criminal (including juvenile) convictions.
The scholarship applicant must be a legal United States of America resident.
